PixDTF – No Return & Refund Policy
At PixDTF, we are proud to be a national leader in custom printing, producing thousands of high-quality, made-to-order prints every week. Every order is created specifically for you, which allows us to maintain exceptional quality standards while delivering products that can’t simply be restocked or resold.
Because every item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed, printed, or shipped.
That said, we’re committed to helping our customers when issues arise and ensuring every experience is handled fairly.
1. Custom Products – Final Sale
All of our products are custom printed to your design specifications. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Please review your artwork, sizing, and details carefully before finalizing your order.
2. If There’s a Problem – We’ll Help Resolve It
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will help make it right:

For shipped orders: Contact us within 12 hours of delivery and provide photos or video evidence.

For in-store pickups: Please check your order before leaving the store and inform our team if something isn’t right.
Once confirmed, we’ll reprint the affected items at no cost.
Refunds are not offered, but we stand behind our products and will ensure your order meets our standards.
3. Shipping, Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your order leaves our facility, it is handled by trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). While delays and issues during transit are beyond our control, we will:

Help track your package,

Assist you in filing any necessary claims, and
-
Ensure your issue is prioritized if you report it quickly.
Please report any lost, stolen, or missing packages within 12 hours of carrier notification so we can work with you to resolve the situation.

All shipments include $100 of insurance coverage automatically.

Additional coverage for bulk or high-value orders can be added during checkout.
4. Customer-Provided Designs
We print your artwork exactly as provided. To ensure the best results:

Submit high-resolution, properly sized files.

If a file isn’t proportional to the size selected, we will print it at the largest possible scale without distortionunless you request otherwise.

We don’t alter, crop, or edit artwork without written approval.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing or quality issues caused by customer-provided files.
5. IMPORTANT – Bank Authorizations & Pending Payments
Occasionally, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may appear that funds were withdrawn from your account, even though your order was never actually submitted.
This can happen when:

Your name, email, phone number, or order confirmation number does not appear in our system,
-
The payment was attempted but not fully processed due to a bank or gateway issue.
When this occurs:
-
The temporary authorization will usually reverse within 3–5 business days.

If the funds do not return within that timeframe, contact us. We will gladly help you work with your bank to resolve it.
Please note: This process is between your bank and their payment systems. PixDTF does not have the ability to release pending funds directly.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If something is wrong, contact us first. We’re always happy to resolve issues directly.
However, fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Permanent ban from future orders,
-
Collection actions to recover lost funds, and
-
Reporting to payment processors, which could impact your account.
7. Professional Conduct
PixDTF operates a professional, respectful environment for customers and staff.
We ask the same respect from our clients. Harassment, profanity, or aggressive behavior may result in your order being canceled or your account closed.
8. Refunds (Rare Exceptions)
In exceptional cases where a refund is granted at PixDTF’s sole discretion, it will be:

Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
-
Up to 15 business days during holidays or depending on bank processing times.
