1. Processing Time

Standard Orders (Same-Day Printing):
We print every day, and most orders are processed and ready for pickup or shipping the same day after design approval.-
For large or complex orders, processing may take longer.

Rush Orders:
Rush production options are available at checkout with different priority levels for faster turnaround.
Rush fees vary based on order size and delivery speed.
2. Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $99. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Options such as UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® are available at checkout.

International Shipping:
Times and availability depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery windows are estimates. Carriers occasionally miss their delivery targets, and PixDTF is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

We ship through trusted couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure fast and secure delivery.

4. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Calculated Shipping: For smaller orders, shipping costs are based on size, weight, and destination.

Expedited/Rush Shipping: Additional charges apply for express and overnight services.
5. Bulk Orders
For large or wholesale orders, please contact us for custom shipping quotes and timelines.
6. Shipping Address & Reshipment

Accurate Address Required: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PixDTF is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $9.99 reshipment fee must be paid to resend it. No exceptions.
7. Pickup Availability

We print every day, so in-store pickup is available daily during our business hours.

Call ahead to confirm your order is ready before coming by.
8. Tracking & Insurance

All packages include tracking information sent via email once shipped.

Each package is insured up to $100 automatically.

Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value or bulk orders by contacting us.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Once a package is dropped off with UPS or another carrier, PixDTF is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim. -
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
10. Returns & Exchanges
PixDTF follows a No Return, No Refund Policy.
