The print was exactly what I needed. The delivery was fast and the print was great quality. Served its purpose for sure
Someone could have called me to say “ hey the background is still showing “ I used a different background remover app and obviously it didn’t remove it as you can see but the odd thing is that as the end user, I see what I should see when the background has been removed. So I lost money . The other company I used before learning of your company has the BG remover as a tool option in the drop box. For this order , I had to use Canva and export . I do not know why it didn’t work this time . It did for my prev order. You should update your software to use bg remover . The company I normally use is perfect press and I have never had a problem. You guys are closer so I wanted to try your services.

Image color did not come out and had to order with another company. The color should have been a royal blue that was darker like the image.
The website was easy to use and upload my images. I had my images shipped and they arrived on time. I have washed the design and it looks great. I will definitely be using your services again.

Customer service was impeccable. The representative was courteous, responsive, and provided guidance throughout the ordering process.
Images were blurry. Probably due to pixelation issue or incorrect DPI. If you would have provided a box for customers to add notes I could have said if the images aren't clear or have the correct DPI to not print them out. To let me know first and I could have corrected the issue. Now I have a whole gang sheet that I can't use. Total waste of money. That should be the first thing that is looked at before printing.

Turnaround time and customer service is perfect. My last order I had an issue with color. One of the colors printed darker than the original color of the design.

The only issues that I have had is when using my phone to do smaller prints. Sometimes the prints come out backwards and or upside down. Other than that its been pretty smooth
